Teams need those who can envision an initial idea, my role is to make such ideas a reality.\u00a0 I am the person whose responsibility it is to action these aspirations and follow them through to a project’s completion.\u00a0 I put structures in place needed for the day to day to run smoothly and to create an environment conducive to producing exceptional work.<\/p>\n
I expect the team I work with to not only meet set deadlines and goals, but to strive to exceed all objectives.<\/p>\n
The skills I have acquired whilst working in both public and private sector companies have equipped me to plan and provide what has been proposed.<\/p>\n
